You agree to use Veo 4 AI in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

• Uploading, generating, or sharing content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.
• Disrupting, overloading, or interfering with the security, integrity, or availability of our platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our platform, systems, accounts, or data networks.
• Using Veo 4 AI to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or underlying model weights of our platform.

To access certain features of Veo 4 AI, you may be required to register and create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms of Service or engaged in conduct harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties.

Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services independently. If you are under 18, you may only access Veo 4 AI under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

Any content—including text prompts, reference images, and video clips—that you submit to Veo 4 AI remains your property. However, by submitting content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and display that content solely to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve our services.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content you provide and to grant the license described above. Veo 4 AI assumes no liability for content submitted by users that infringes the rights of any third party.

AI-generated video outputs produced through Veo 4 AI are provided for your personal or commercial use in accordance with these Terms. Ownership of outputs may be subject to applicable law and the terms of the underlying model providers.

Certain features and capabilities of Veo 4 AI require the purchase of credits or a paid subscription plan. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

Subscription fees and credit pricing are subject to change. We will provide advance notice of any pricing changes, giving you the opportunity to continue or cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

Veo 4 AI is a paid service that accesses video generation models provided by third-party AI providers, including but not limited to Google. The quality, availability, and behavior of generated video output is subject to the performance of those underlying models and is not directly controlled by our platform.

Refund Policy: Once credits have been consumed through video generation, refunds are not available. If you have purchased credits that remain entirely unused, you may request a refund; however, any applicable third-party payment processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. We appreciate your understanding of these constraints.

Veo 4 AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veo 4 AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of—or inability to use—our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access to our platform and are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of service downtime, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to Veo 4 AI at any time, with or without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to conduct we determine to be harmful to our platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination of your account, you may permanently lose access to any data, generated content, unused credits, or subscription benefits associated with your account. It is your responsibility to download and back up any content you wish to retain before your account is terminated.

All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership clauses, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability—shall remain in full effect following termination.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles or provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Veo 4 AI services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo, Japan. By using our services, you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify users of material changes through email or a prominent notice displayed on our website prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of Veo 4 AI after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of our services and close your account.
